Elias Francisco Lucero, 19, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010. He is survived by his parents, Steve Lucero and Dayana George-Lucero; sister, Tiffany Cordova; niece, Ariana Powdrell; grandparents, Vernon and Dyann Lucero; grandmother, Ellen Villarreal; and several extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Gabby Villarreal; grandmother, Sarah Lucero; and cousin Alana Lucero. Through his generous organ donations, Elias continues to give life to his uncle Paul and others - a true reflection of his life of loving and giving. Elias was loved by all who knew him and will be missed tremendously. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, November 17, 2010, 7:00 p.m., at French-Westside Chapel. Friends and family may visit one hour prior. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, November 18, 2010, 10:00 a.m., at St Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Dr. NW.
