Beverly Jean Lowe, 72, of Rio Rancho died peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 12, 2010. She had succumbed to a lingering illness that hastened her joining the Lord. She was born January 17, 1938 in St. Joseph, MO. She was a member of New Life Baptist and First Baptist Church in Rio Rancho. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard E. and Roberta M. Wilcox, and her brother Larry Wilcox. She is survived by her son Jeff Lowe and his partner Ken Hogg; son Dan Lowe and his wife Kathy; and her four grandchildren Amanda Avery, Stacey Lowe, Melissa Lowe and Monica Lowe. Our beloved Mom, Granny, and friend was a very sweet-hearted and loving person. She always had a tune in her heart and loved to sing and play piano for everyone. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, 3906 19th Ave. SE, Rio Rancho at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010.
