Mary Katherine Gumbs,95, a resident of Rio Rancho NM since 1972 passed away October 3, 2010. She is survived by granddaughter Pandora Apodaca of Rio Rancho NM; two great-grandsons Ariel Apodaca and Arin Apodaca both of Albuquerque; one daughter-in-law Hattie Gumbs. She also leaves behind other close relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilfred Gumbs Sr., one son Wilfred Gumbs Jr. and one daughter Dorothy Gumbs.
