Eleuterio (Luther) Garcia, a 91 year old resident of Albuquerque was called to be with the Lord on September 14, 2010. Luther was born in Acomita Canyon, New Mexico on May 7, 1919. Luther is survived by his wife of 68 years Stella Garcia; and two sons, Luther, Jr and and his wife Karen, Larry and his wife Marcella; grandchildren, Michelle, Elisa, Aaron, Rebecca and Elreena; Luther has five great-grandchildren, A rosary will be recited on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Daniels Family Funeral Service Carlisle Chapel at 5:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church on Monday, September 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., 2005 North Plaza Street, SW. Inurnment will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 2:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Kingsley, Arron Garcia, Ruben Prado, Roger Tapia, Aniseto Garcia, Alex Gallegos, Cory Jaramillo, Gabe Jaramillo and Florian Padilla.
