Charles Byron Carroll, age 70, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on Friday, September 10, 2010. He was born on October 4, 1939 in Texarkana, Arkansas and moved to Albuquerque in 2001. Charles is survived by his daughters, Lorena Glaser and Laura Powell; son-in-laws, John Glaser and Jim Powell; grandkids, Christina, Kaitlynn, and Lauren; and nieces, Delilah Dillingham, Marie Kincaid, and Rebecca Goodson. Charles served in the Army during the Korean War and upon returning, began working as an oil draftsman. Interment of cremated remains will take place on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 1:30 pm at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 Guadalupe Road, Santa Fe, NM.
