Richard Velarde, age 92, beloved and devoted father, grandfather, and friend, was called to his heavenly home by Lord our Savior on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated this morning (Thursday) at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in Cuba, NM. Interment will follow at the Cuba Catholic Cemetery.
