Obituary for WAGNER

Rex Wagner, DDS, 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 1946, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Vera Wagner; brothers Max Wagner, DDS and wife Linda, Mickey Wagner, DDS and wife, Anthonie, John Wagner and wife, Kathy; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Amos and Ada Wagner; brother Loel Wagner; and step-children Vivian Rice and Bill Reininger. Rex graduated from Clovis High school in 1943. He entered the US Army Medical Corps where he served in the European Theatre of Operation. He was a Medic on the H.M.S. Queen Mary. He was a graduate of the University of Missouri, Kansas City and a member of the American Dental Association. Rex was a past-member of the UMKC Advisory Board, UNM Lobo Club and he was Fellow of the American Institute of Oral Biology. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 4 at 10:00 am at French - Lomas Chapel. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
