M. Carmel, 78, passed away Friday evening, August 27, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Gregorita Martinez of Chaparito, NM; a brother Tommy; and a sister, Mary. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Maria; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Trinidad and Alfred ; sisters, Joann, Geo, and Angie. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Legion of Mary Auxillary, Eucharistic Adoration Chapel and Parish Volunteer. She was retired from Mountain Bell Telephone (now known as Qwest). A Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Gudalupe Catholic Church. Reception to follow mass in the Parish Hall.
