Reyna S. Herrera, 90, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on September 1, 2010 at home with her loving family at her side. Mrs. Herrera is survived by her children, Clara H. Galloway and husband, Cedric, Irene Blea and husband, John, Senaida Romero Charley and husband, Tom, Pulidor Herrera, Cristobal Sanchez Herrera and wife, Arleen, Fred Herrera and wife, Yolanda, and Donna Marsico and husband, Steve; 29 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members. Mrs. Herrera was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Mr. Mariano Herrera Jr. Mrs. Herrera was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, a member of the Blue Army, a member at Defined Fitness, enjoyed going to the casinos, and her daily word search. Visitation will be Friday, September 3, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 563 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 12:30 p.m., Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 1:00 p.m., Father Jerry Steinmetz, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Beverly Blea, Michelle Gonzalez, Felicia Boatman, Louise Galloway, Christy Herrera Jr., and Anthony Marsico. Honorary pallbearers will be Vincent Blea, Sid Galloway, Gerald Romero, Brian Romero, Eric Herrera, Michael Marsico, Angelo Marsico, Stephen Marsico, John Ballantyne, Sam Ballantyne, and Enrique Leija.
