B. Paul Crifasi, 97, passed away Monday, August 23, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, the former Loretta Kuffner; his sons, Paul R. of Albuquerque, Richard and wife, Gerri of Cornelius, NC and Robert and wife, Tina of Boulder, CO; grandsons, Joseph and wife, Cara and Christopher. Paul was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 5, 1913. He retired as a Captain in the NYC Fire Dept in 1973 after serving 35 years. Paul and Loretta moved from Staten Island, NY to Albuquerque in 1980. He was an avid Lobo Men's Basketball fan. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010, 10:30 a.m., at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Community, 8901 Candelaria NE. A reception will follow at the Community Center. Private interment will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
