Nedra S. Banton, age 73, passed peacefully in the presence of family on August 19, 2010. She is survived by her children, Kytson Whitmore of Houston, Clifford Banton of Albuquerque, Kelly Banton of Chicago, Micah Hahn of Los Angeles and Kaysie Banton and her husband Robert Hampton of Minneapolis; grandchildren, David DiVito, Jr., Marlow and Ayden Hampton and Robyn Hahn; siblings Cleo and her husband Gerry Wilborn, George (Robert Waylan) and his wife Deli Wakefield and Velva and husband Jean Rancourt. She was preceded in death by her two husbands. She was a member of St. Chad's Episcopal Church where she enjoyed singing with the choir. Nedra loved the outdoors, good friends, good food and good wine - and even better, she loved them all together. Memorial Service will be Monday, August 23, 2010, 2:00 p.m. at St. Chad's Episcopal Church, 7171 Tennyson NE.
