Eugene A. Shults, age 79, passed away on August 15, 2010 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born to Norman and Anna Shults in Billings, MT. Eugene served his country proudly for over 22 years in the United States Navy. Eugene is survived by his daughter, Cassandra Shults of Albuquerque, NM. Eugene was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Shults. The Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be recited on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 7:00p.m., French Mortuary - Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. The Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:30a.m., John XXIII Catholic Community Church, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr. NE. with Father Charles Dougherty as the Celebrant. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada, 2941 Harris Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada, 89101.
