Dr. Harold T. Frederick, 81, a resident of Placitas since 2005, died Saturday, August 7, 2010. He is survived by his children, Teresa L. Shull and husband Allen of Placitas, Matthew J. Frederick and wife Stephanie Yee of San Carlos, CA, Scott Merrill of Rocklin, CA, and Cathy Berry and husband Joseph of Lawrenceville, GA; grandson, Adam; and other relatives and friends. Dr. Frederick was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia, on October 31, 2009; and son, Christopher Paul Frederick. He was a long time physician in Downey and Bell Gardens, CA. until his retirement in 1997. Since his retirement he enjoyed playing with and repairing computers and listening to classical music. He also enjoyed volunteering at the computer center at St. Martin's Hospitality Center. Dr. Frederick was a loving father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
