Jo Ann, a resident of Phoenix, AZ passed away August 4, 2010. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on November 29, 1940. She grew up in Gallup N.M, graduating from Sacred Heart Cathedral High School. She was preceded in death by her parents James Medley of Belen and Josephine Medley of Albuquerque. She is survived by her daughter Meghan Miller. She is also survived by Robert and Elizabeth Miller; brother James (Kathy) Medley, brother Tony (Kathy) Medley, sister Mary (David) Beaumont and many nieces and nephews. Jo Ann worked as an RN nurse in her younger years and later changed careers working for the State of Arizona Parks Department, State Historical Preservation Office as an Archeologist. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to The Nature Conservancy at nature.org.
