Donald G. Clapper, 79, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2010. A resident of Albuquerque since 1974, Don retired from the US Air Force after 23 years of service. He retired from his second career with the Veteran's Administration in 1994. An avid reader, Don had travelled the world for both work and pleasure. He is survived by Sheri, his wife of 52 years; daughter Debbie and her husband Robert Weber; daughter Donna Keith; grandson Jason Weber and his wife Danielle; granddaughter Lauren Weber; and several great-grandchildren. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of the ICU at The Heart Hospital of New Mexico and the responders from Fire Station 18.
