Rosie Chavez, 70, passed away Sunday June 27, 2010. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the 8Th Street Chapel of Garcia Mortuary with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd, SW, with Interment at 1:00 p.m., Santa Fe National Cemetery.
