Manuel J. Ceballos, 83, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM for the past 17 years, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jean E. Ceballos; six children, Sharon Zaudtke and husband William of Prior Lake, MN, David W. Ceballos and wife Barbara of Rio Rancho, Douglas Ceballos and wife Jane of Olathe, KS, Susan Murphy and companion DePerio Anderson of Prior Lake, MN, Alicia Petersen and companion Charles Chihos of Savage, MN, Sarah Plummer and husband Daniel of Shakopee, MN; 23 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Capiz and husband Alfred of Rio Rancho, NM. Manuel loved cooking for his family and enjoyed listening to opera music. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 1, 2010, Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE and Meadowlark Lane (inside Vista Verde Memorial Park).
