William (Bill) Dickason Collier, passed away June 25, 2010. Bill was born in Okemah, Okla. September 15,1923. After serving in WWII in the Army Air Corp, Bill joined the Air Force Special Weapons Center at Kirtland Air Force Base, where he worked for 30 years as a Mechanical Engineer. Bill was a National Bridge Director and Teacher. In addition to Bridge, Bill loved to sew, read, and take care of his Westhighland White Terriers. Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years, Betty June Collier. Bill and Betty moved to Houston in 2007 after spending most of their life in Albuquerque. Bill is survived by their daughter Candace Collier and her husband Gary C. Freeman, MD, Houston, Texas.
