Lawrence C. Thornell, 90, a resident of Albuquerque for 19 years, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Regina Thornell; sons, Jerome Thornell of Cathedral City, CA and Timothy Thornell and wife, Tamera of Yakima, WA; daughter Michelle Ruiz of Oakland, CA; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A service will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 7:00 p.m. at French- University Chapel. Interment will follow Wednesday, June 16, 2010, 11:30 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
