Georgia May Mance, 58, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend was called home to her Lord and Savior on May 31, 2010. Mrs. Mance was born on October 25, 1951 to Clarence and Mary Etta (Green) Hopkins, Sr. of DeRidder, LA. She moved from DeRidder, LA in 1969 to Albuquerque, NM in 1969 where she was a member of Mt. Canaan Baptist Church and later united with Grace Temple Baptist Church. She loved to sing and was a proud member of the Mass Choir. Mrs. Mance loved flowers, puzzles and collected lighthouses. Her friends called her their "Trainer" at Curves. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 11 years, Gaylord E. Mance, Sr. of Albuquerque; daughters, Latise Lipscomb of Springfield, MO and Trendolyn Hopkins of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Iesha Tatyana Fluellen, Malique Jamalamon Fluellen, Mykayla Roanne Lipscomb, and Timothy Ryan Lipscomb; siblings, Clarence Hopkins, Jr. of Monroe, LA, Bessie L. Hopkins of Oakland, CA, Willie Henry Hopkins of DeRider, LA, Eula Mae Hopkins of Dallas, TX, and Bobbie Hopkins of Mobile, AL; Aunt Mettie Lee Coker of DeRidder, LA; and several nieces and nephews; and very good friend, Anise Clay. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Marion Christina Fluellen; and siblings, James Holton, Della Rollins, Shirley Anne Robinson, and Walter Mae Hopkins.
