Sol Seymour Gould, Ph.D., was laid to rest on May 24, 2010.Sol graduated from Roosevelt University (B.S., Chicago, IL, 1960), and achieved his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (UNM, 1977).He counseled and healed many using psychotherapy, hypnosis, and biofeedback therapy. He led a full life, rich in adventure and driven by curiosity.An avid fisherman, skilled at chess, and awarded Chinese watercolor artist Sol's smile is greatly missed by his loving family.He is survived by Audrey his loving wife of 59 years; and three children: Richard, M.D. (Michelle), David, Ph.D. (Robin), Aleza, D.D.S. (Larry Myer); and nine grandchildren: Joshua (Michelle van Tijen, fiancee), Daniel, Naomi and Rebekka Gould, Joey, Isaac and Mory Gould, Jordan and Elyanna Myer. Sol was preceded in death by his parents, Josef and Sofie; his brother Sidney; and his beloved daughter Nancy. Those choosing to honor Sol's life are encouraged to make a donation to the American Lung Association or charity of their choice.
