I'Marie Gardner, 90, passed away on May 31, 2010. She was born on a farm in Jamestown, Texas on Mat 17, 1920. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 66 years, Lester Gardner; two children, John and wife Deborah, Martha and husband Tim Badley of Cuervo, Texas; five grand children, Jennifer Bryan, Anna Locklin, Mathew Moehriq, Megan Gardner, and Brett Gardner; and five great-grandchildren. During WWII I'Marie helped build B-24 bombers in Texas. She also worked in a blouse factory on the west coast while her husband was away serving his country in the US Navy. I'Marie was an active member of Penn Street Church of Christ and later at Mountainside Church of Christ. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 9:30 a.m., with services following at 10:00 a.m. at Mountainside Church of Christ 12300 Indian School Rd. NE Albuquerque, NM.
