Anthony J. Sanchez. At the young age of 42, Anthony lost his four year battle with cancer. Anthony is survived by wife Sandra; son Alejandro; step-sons Adam and Steven; sisters, DeeDee and Berta; brother Bobby; nephews, Adrian, Ian and Carlitos; nieces, Alysha and RayAnne. He is also survived by wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends who supported him during his illness. He was preceeded in death by parents Jesus J. Sanchez and Julianna J. Sanchez; and niece Jaclynne Renee Comiskey. Anthony was born in Albuquerque, NM and moved to Phoenix, AZ 18 years ago. He loved his career of nine years with Arizona Department of Corrections. Anthony's favorite things in life were spending time with his family, off-roading and paint-balling in the Arizona desert. Catholic service for Anthony will be June 7, 2010, 10:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Pall-bearers will be DeeDee, Berta and Bobby.
