Delphine Caroline Johnson (Lindblom), 87, resident of Albuquerque since 1983, passed away peacefully, Friday, May 28, 2010, after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Earle E. Johnson; son, Larry Johnson; daughter, Deanna Gear; and grandchildren, Brady Gear and wife, Anna, and Lindsay Gear. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Lloyd and Kenneth Lindblom, and Lucille Patrick. Delphine was born in Gypsum, KS and grew up in Falun, KS. She and her family later resided in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. Delphine was a very devoted wife and mother and enjoyed taking care of her family. She was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church and was active in various church functions. Friends may visit Monday, May 31, 2010 from 3 to 4 pm at French ~ Wyoming Chapel. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
