Billie C. Hooper, 85, left us April 16, 2010. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hooper-Cook and Donna Hooper-Stark; granddaughter, Shanna L. D. Cook; great-granddaughter Madalyn M. Nilsson; and sister LaDonna V. Harris; and numerous other family and friends. Billie was preceded in death by her husband Ray M. Hooper in 1981; her parents William and Lily. A memorial gathering for Aunt B. will be Wednesday, 6:00 p.m., April 21, 2010 at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE. Private burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
