Terry L, age 51, a former resident of El Paso, TX, Seattle, WA, and Casper, WY, died 14 April 2010 in Albuquerque NM. A 1977 graduate of EL Paso's Eastwood High School, she also attended Texas Tech University and Lake Washington Technical College. Terry was a star athlete at Eastwood, playing basketball and volleyball. An outdoors enthusiast, she enjoyed horseback riding, hiking and backpacking in Washington, Montana, Wyoming and New Mexico. Terry was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Springer Pickett of El Paso and is survived by family and friends including her father Cliff Pickett of El Paso; brother Keith Pickett and wife Pam, of Hurst, TX; sister Jenny Pickett of Fort Collins, CO; niece Whitney Weesner and her husband Drew of Lubbock, TX; nephew Russ Pickett of Hurst, TX; and friend, Nancy Weller of Albuquerque, NM.
