Takao (Tak) Monde. Born April 2, 1930 and passed away April 12, 2010 Survived by his wife Mary Monde; three siblings: Yurie Funamura, Sue Morita, and Johnny Iguchi; five children: Anna Vallejos, Danny Lujan, Alex Polaco, Gene Lujan, and Joe Monde; seven grandchildren: Franco Vallejos, Daniel Lujan, Anna Polaco, Alex Polaco, Angelo Polaco, Nicholas Lujan, Seth Monde and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside memorial service and Internment will take place Monday, April 19, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. in Sante Fe National Cemetery. Family and Friends are invited for an after service reception taking place at the home of Tak and Mary Monde to begin at 4:00 p.m.
