Rose Matteucci, 83, a resident of Albuquerque for 60 years, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2010. She is survived by her sisters, Shirley Gray and husband, Clyde of Westminister, CO, Edna Vigil and husband, Adenice of Trinidad, CO, Connie Madrid of Denver, CO, Bernice Madrid of Trinidad, CO; brothers Steve Madrid and wife, Irene of Trinidad, CO, Johnie Madrid and wife, Angie of Trinidad, CO; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Matteucci; sisters, Martha Mora, Esther Romero and Annie Harris; and brothers, Rudy Madrid and Teddy Madrid. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at French - University Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 2532 Vermont NE. Interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
