Nancy Louise Duncan Swigger May 18, 1942 - March 22, 2010, died suddenly in Seattle, WA where she moved to in 2004. She spoke many languages and was a talented and multifaceted artist. She is survived by her two daughters, Jocelyn Swigger Kovaleski of Gettysburg, PA and Elizabeth Loneta Swigger of Colorado Springs, CO; and her two brothers, Robert Duncan of Los Angeles and John Wm. Duncan II of Albuquerque. A memorial service was held in Seattle at the Youngstown Cultural Center on Friday March 26, 2010. Per her request, donations may be made in her memory to the ACLU, League of Women Voters, American Field Service, or the Arthritis Foundation.
