Obituary for GILLOGLY

James E. Gillogly, passed away March 29th, 2010. James was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years Louise M. Gillogly He is survived by his children, Gregory James Gillogly of Albuquerque, Kathleen L. Peter of Albuquerque, Timothy K. Gillogly and his wife Mary Gillogly of Spring Texas; grandaughters, Jackie and Emily Peter of Albuquerque; grandson, Gabriel Gillogly of Humboldt CA. Jim was a member of the United States Air force and the U.S. Marines Corps., where he proudly served his country. He also was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Jim was a natural born Salesman and loved people. He could strike up a conversation with anybody and usually did. Jim was a huge fan of big band music and quite the dancer. After retirement he and wife Louise spent time traveling and enjoyed playing BINGO on a regular basis. Rosary service will be held followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at The Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
