Karin A. (Potemkin) Merriweather, 60, formerly of Glen Cove, NY passed away in Albuquerque, NM on March 12, 2010. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Stanley Petroski and Katherine Dowd Petroski; her brother, John F. Petroski; and two nephews, Craig and Stanley Petroski. She leaves her loving husband, Phillip G. Merriweather; three stepchildren, Phillip, Brady, and Anjanette Merriweather; niece Deborah Waas of Glen Cove, NY and a great niece and nephew. Visitation will be at 6:00 p.m. and rosary will be recited starting at 7:00 p.m. at French ~ Westside on Thursday, March 18, 2010. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Jude Thaddeus Parish located at 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW on Friday, March 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM. A memorial service for Karin will be held in Long Island, NY at a later date. Donations in Karin's memory to the Franciscan Mission Associates, P.O.
