Reid Patrick Galey age 40 of Minnetonka passed away unexpectedly at home on January 19, 2010. Survived by his loving wife, Mary Beth Galey; his K9 kids, Emma, Bailey, Luna and Greta; parents, Linda and Terry Nelson, Bill Galey Jr., and Cristy Beato; brothers, Ryan (Karin) Galey and Scott Galey; sister, Cristina Galey; ten nieces, nephews and many family and friends. Reid was a beloved husband, a nationally renowned artist known as the "Danger Painter", gourmet cook, avid fly fisherman, a teacher at the Minnetonka School for the Arts and formerly on the Minnetonka Fire Dept. Funeral service was Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Prairie Lutheran Church, 11000 Blossom Road, Eden Prairie. Visitation was Friday, January 22, 2010 at Huber Funeral Home, 16394 Glory Lane, Eden Prairie and one-hour prior the service at CHURCH. Private family interment.
