Obituary for SCHULTZ

Charles R. " Bob" Schultz, 66, passed away January 18, 2010. He is survived by his wife Sarah; daughter, Bridgett Greenleaf and husband Robert; son, Christopher Schultz and wife Kristin; step - daughter, Shirley Berg and husband Mark; grandchildren, Leah and Cassidy Schultz, Shannon and Kyle Greenleaf, Tamara, Joseph, and Michael Berg; one great - grandson, Aden Schultz; sisters, Barbara Thomas and husband Bob, Kathryn Baca and husband Mike; brothers, Carl Schultz and wife Ruby, Mark Schultz and wife Pricilla, and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Charles was preceded in death by his father Charles R. Schultz, Sr. and his mother Mary Mosley. As a young man Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of the American Legion Post #99. Bob was also an active member of the Loyal Order of Moose lodge 1517 for 34 years. He joined the Moose Legion # 134 in 1977, and received his Fellowship Degree in 1987. Bob was happy to combine his love of travel and golf with his love of his Moose membership. Some of his happiest memories were attending Moose Conventions with his wife and friends. They especially enjoyed the trips to Alaska, Hawaii, and Florida. Bob was the founder and owner of Bob's Discount Vacuum and Sewing Center until 1983 and current owner of Strictly Southwestern Furniture and Lighting. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2010 at French Mortuary, Lomas location. Burial and a committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Park in the Chester T. French Mausoleum.
