Mr. Mariano "Steve" Perea, 51, proud owner of Pereas Janitorial, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010. He was called home to be with the Lord and his loving parents, Arsenio and Rosemary Perea. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jeanette Cuevas; and her husband, Adam; and their three beautiful children, Adan, Selena, and Anthony. He is survived by his ex-wife, Prescilla Salazar and husband, Thomas. He is survived by his sister, Jesusita "Cita" Anaya and husband Ralph; his niece, Emily M. Werley and son, Julian Gallegos; nephew, Arsenio Anaya and fiancee, Erika and their three children, Brianna, Mariah and Joaquin. He is also survived by his beloved aunt, Helen Yanni; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His longtime friend and employee, Linda Potter; and also longtime friend who looked to Mariano as a father figure, Richard Baca. Funeral services for Mr. Perea will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the St. Jude Parish Church.
