Penny G. Offner, 48, passed away on Friday, 1/1/10 in her home. She was predeceased by her father, Ken Kelsey; and daughter, Kelsey Carroll. Penny is survived by her husband of 15 years, Carl Offner; mother, Rachel Kelsey; children, Michael Carroll and Hannah Carroll; sister, Lori Adams and husband, Ken; and nephew, Jacob Adams. She was a 16-year veteran of the Albuquerque Police Department. Penny loved to camp, fish, golf, cook, watch movies and travel. She dearly loved her husband, kids and family.
