Julia Aragon, age 89, a life-long resident of Belen, NM, passed away into the loving arms of our Holy Father on New Years Day with her family by her side. Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Camilio; son, Danny and daughter, Rosalie. Julia is survived by her four loving daughters, Linda Montoya and husband, Alfred, Jo Anne Chavez and husband, Rudy, Gloria Sanchez and husband, Nap; and Evangeline Valles; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel, on Sunday, January 3, at 1:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 2:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, at 9:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with Father Stephen Schultz presiding.
