Lillian Hodes passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2009 in Columbia, MD, her home for the past seven years. Lillian was born to David and Bertha Ostroff on January 6, 1918, in Philadelphia. She lived for many years in New York City, and for 26 years in Albuquerque. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Jerome. She is survived by her only daughter Barbara Saville, son-in-law Reggie Saville; grandchildren Jeremy (and Kathleen) Saville, Rosie (and Thom) Verratti and Karen Saville; great-grandchildren Revi, Kobi and Miri Verratti. She is also survived by her sister Gladys Larson of New York City. She was much loved and will be greatly missed. Services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, at the B'nai Israel Cemetery in Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale SE.
