Col. Andrew Milton Koonce, USAF (Ret.), 87, a resident of Albuquerque since June 1980, died on Sunday, December 13, 2009. He is survived by his spouse, Billie R. Koonce of the family home; children, Andrea Koonce of San Bernadino, CA, Debra McLin and husband, Rick, of Houston, TX., Richard Koonce and wife, Leslie, of VA; step-children, Carolyn Hayes and husband, Marc, of Buckeye, AZ, Jack (Skip) Alexander and wife, Melanie, of Red Wing, MN, and Sally McGill and husband, Randy, of Leesville, SC; and grandchildren, Jonathan McLin, Casey Hayes and wife, Marie, Jed Hayes and wife, Tracey, Stephen Luadzers, Dustin Luadzers, Sgt. Patrick Luadzers, (serving in Iraq) and wife, Mary, and their son, Zack, Emily Alexander, Ian Alexander and Callie Noyes and husband, Chip. Col. Koonce was a member of the Christian Science Church. Services will be held on Friday, December 18, 2009, 10:30 a.m., at French ~ Wyoming Chapel, with Pastor Michael Hay officiating. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 2:00 p.m. Friends may visit French ~ Wyoming Location on Thursday, December 17, 2009, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Raymond G.
