Isabelle Bernadette Jankowski, 75, a resident of Albuquerque since 1958, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Isabelle is survived by her husband of 53 years, Richard; daughter, Dr. Rebecca M. Jankowski (Paul Therkildsen); son, Bryan C. Jankowski (Paula Price); daughter, Catherine A. Schaeffer (Michael); daughter Jo Ann Millegan (Carl) of Kemmerer, WY; grandchildren Joshua K. Jankowski, Emily R. Harper, Jada B. Millegan; sister, Janice Bennett (Jerry) of South Bend, IN; and sister-in-law Mary Ann Rafalski of South Bend, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Mary Rafalski and brother Michael J. Rafalski, Jr. Isabelle was born in South Bend, IN, where she met and married Richard. They moved to New Mexico in June, 1958. She enjoyed cooking, knitting, sewing, and gardening, especially flowers. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends and prayer group. Services are pending with French Lomas Chapel.
