Sidney Clifford Allison LCDR US Navy Retired, 98, passed away on November 30, 2009 at his home in Albuquerque. He was born in 1911 in Lima, Ohio to Nora and Sidney Clifford Allison. Cliff moved from California to Albuquerque in 1980. Survivors include two sons, George Bartlett and wife Sofie and Richard Bartlett; grandson, Douglas Stagnir and wife Christina; two great grandsons, Christofer and Conner Stagnir; brother, Donald Allison and wife Ruth; sister, Jane Packard, and numerous nieces and nephews. Like all true sailors he is not gone, he is at sea, may you have fair winds, and a following sea, ship mate your watch has been relieved! At his request, no service is planned.
