Richard F. Armijo, our loving husband, dad, and grandfather, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at the age of 65. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Rafelita Armijo; sisters, Virginia Aragon and Esther Peralta and brother, Gilbert Armijo. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Gloria; his loving children, Rick, Michael and Danielle and Paul; grandchildren, Mikey, Mercedez, Savannah, Andre and Andrea; sisters, Mary Peralta, Isabelle Romero, Margie and Pete Romero, Clorlinda Valles, Bernadette and Enrique Taez; one brother, Manuel and Marylou Armijo; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. NW. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery, Coors and Arenal SW.
