| Carrie V. Urbanek passed away on Friday, November 6, 2009. On Monday, November 16, the Rosary will be recited at 5:00 p.m. prior to the Memorial Mass being held at 5:30 p.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 2621 Vermont St. NE.
