Victor Anthony De Vargas. IN HONOR OF OUR DEVOTED VETERANS ON VETERANS DAY. Victor Anthony De Vargas was born and raised in Taos, NM, where he honored his heritage, traditions, and family. He passed away suddenly, Saturday, October 24, 2009. Victor retired from the military after honorably serving his country in the US Army. As well, he retired from the VA Medical Center. Services were held, and he was buried at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 with US Army Retired Honors. Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Susan; four loving children, Victoria and husband, Jeff, Liza, Angela and husband, Sean, and Nathan; seven grandchildren, Derek, Anthony, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth, Nathan, Liliana, and Chloe; and numerous other family and friends who loved him and will miss him. The family would like to thank everyone for their love and prayers. He will be dearly missed. Victor will be loved and missed always and forever.
