Obituary for PUCKET

Patricia Ann Pucket went home to be with her Savior after an eight year battle with breast cancer on Friday, October 23, 2009. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Larry Lee Pucket of Albuquerque; a daughter, Corby Jean; three grandsons, Michael James, Traeton Lee and Jaeson Donovan Rapp of Albuquerque. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Cecil and JoAnne Pucket of Ulysses, Kansas and father, Jarvis Eugene Young of Goodland, Kansas; five sisters and three sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law; 28 nieces and nephews; and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her son Andrew Lee. Pat was a teacher for a total of 19 years. She spent the last 13 years as the 5th grade teacher at Temple Baptist Academy. She had a great love for children and a passion for teaching. She was the Superintendent for the Toddler Department for 35 years and the secretary for the AWANA program for 27 years at Temple Baptist Church. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Temple Baptist Church, 1613 Arizona St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
