Doris E., 55, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Doris was born in Roswell and grew up in House, NM. She moved to Albuquerque in the early 1970's and spent 35 years with the Social Security Administration. Doris is survived by her brother Harold Fowler and his wife Elena of Brazil; sisters Judith Sharp and her husband Ralph of Tucson and Dorothy Hazen and her husband Richard of Roy; nieces and nephews Aileen, Hayden, Jennifer, Jody, Stacey, Kyle and Kayla; aunts Vera Lain and Alice Lain; step-son Stephen J. Franco of Albuquerque; sister-in-law Yvonne Montoya and her husband Larry of Belen; special friends Woody Edwards, his son Matt, his daughter Dawn and her husband Orion Stradford, and Lois and Ralph Fowble; and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Joseph Franco in 2003 and her parents Gerald and Ruby Fowler. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2009, 11:00 a.m. at French Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor Clyde Stanfield officiating.
