Victor Anthony De Vargas, our beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away suddenly, Saturday, October 24, 2009. Victor Anthony retired from the military after honorably serving his country in the US Army. As well, he retired from the VA Medical Center. Services were held, and he was buried at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 with US Army Retired Honors. The family would like to thank everyone for their love and prayers.
