Lydia Carr Boothe, passed away on November 1, 2009 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born to Horace and Jeanne Carr in New Orleans, LA. Lily devoted her life to her family and God; her courage and faith inspired all who knew her. She was an avid gardener and loved to travel, and a true southern lady. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Lydia is survived by her husband, Frank Boothe Sr.; and their children, Frank Boothe Jr., William Boothe and wife Joanna, Steve Boothe, Elena Crenshaw and husband, Chris, Alysan Boothe Collins and husband, Parrish; grandchildren, Trey Boothe, Christina Boothe, Jessica Boothe, Stephanie Boothe, Melissa Boothe, Morgan Boothe, Hayden Collins, Kristen Crenshaw, Brennan Collins, Caroline Boothe, Cody Crenshaw and Isabel Collins. The Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the rosary at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Chruch, 4020 Lomas, NE with Monsignor Francis X. Eggert as the Celebrant. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
