William E. Stultz, born November 28, 1951, went to be with his lord on October 16, 2009, in Albuquerque. Billy was an avid outdoorsman, motorcyclist, and lover of wine women and song. He is survived by his mother JoAnn Mathis Miske, of Belen; his children Brandie, Tyrel, Danny and April; His grandchildren, Dakoda, Dustin, Jacob, and Justin; His sister Carla; and brothers, Mark, Dutch, Carl and David. His Aunt, Betty Jo Mathis Allen of Albuquerque; three cousins; nine nieces; and one nephew. He was preceded in Death by his grandparents Lorene and Henry Mathis of Belen; and his uncle, Bill Allen. Private services were held.
