Erin A. Gonzales, 15, died suddenly on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Lucy; grandfather Jesse; and brother Nicholas. Erin is survived by her parents Larry and Lola Gonzales; grandmother Pat Horton; great-grandparents Louis and Ramona Garcia; godparents Jon and Margaret Syverson; uncles Robert Horton, Louie Garcia and James Jaramillo; aunt Zelda Garcia; and many cousins and extended family. She attended Manzano High School, she was a member of the NM Christian Athletes Association, and she loved music and being with her friends. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Visitation will be Monday, October 19, 2009, 6:00 p.m. at French Lomas Chapel. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, October 20, 2009, 9:00 a.m. at Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Rd, NE. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Grandma Lucy and brother Nick. Memorial contributions may be made to the Erin Gonzales Memorial Fund in care of any branch of Bank of the West.
