Obituary for ESPINOSA

Carlota Espinosa peacefully passed away at home on September 30, 2009. She was 94 years old. She is survived by her four daughters, Pauline Zamora, husband Seyo, Susie King, husband Jake, Nella Tafoya, husband Ross, Stella Marquez, husband Tommy; and a granddaughter, Victoria Varela, whom she raised as a daughter. She also had a very special grandson, Ernest Segura, who was always by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband Miguel; and her four sons, Pete, Victor, Bonifacio and Phillip. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters, Esther Torrez, Elenore Trujillo and Francis Lucero; and one brother Ciriaco Gallegos. She is also survived by two sisters, Barbarita Aragon and Criselda Saavedra; and one brother Nabor Gallegos. Carlota had 33 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother, a generous grandmother and a very loving friend. She will be missed by everyone. Rosary will be held at San Ignacio Church, in Martinez town, at 1300 Walter N.E. on Tuesday October 13, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. and a mass will follow at 10:00 a.m.
